"It has been reported on www.tes.com that students are being allowed on university courses with passes as low as a 'Grade E'. Is this acceptable or does everyone have the right to attend a university. Should universities have a discretionary element to the decision or should students meet a minimum and have to resit 'A' levels if they want to go.".
